Education Committee. The Committee shall be composed of the following: (1) Chief of Police or the Chief's designated representative; and (2) Association President or his designated representative. The Committee shall determine the appropriateness of courses and/or curriculum outside of the above-named majors. In the event the members of the Committee are unable to agree on the appropriateness of the courses and curriculum, the City Manager shall be asked to participate in the decision making process and shall be entitled to vote therein.
