Educational Stipend. Employees shall be eligible for an educational stipend for educational level above the minimum qualification required for hire into that classification. Payment shall begin after the employee provides notice and proof of attainment of the degree. The stipend will be twelve cents ($.12) per hour added to the regular hourly rate for each of the following levels: Associate Degree, Baccalaureate Degree, and Master’s Degree. The degrees must be job related.
