Common use of Educational Stipend Clause in Contracts

Educational Stipend. Employees shall be eligible for an annual educational incentive stipend on July 1 each year. The stipend will be based on the following levels of education that are above any minimum qualifications required for hire into a classification. Degrees must be job-related. Associate Degree $250.00 Baccalaureate Degree $500.00 Master’s Degree or above $750.00 Stipends shall be paid only for the highest degree obtained above any minimum qualifications required for hire into the position.
