Electricity Charge. You must pay us for the electricity we supply to you under this Contract in accordance with the Electricity Charges stated in the Electricity Charges Schedule.

Electricity Charge. (a) You must pay us for the electricity we supply to you under this contract in accordance with the Electricity Charges stated in the Electricity Charges Schedule. (b) The Electricity Charge will be adjusted on each anniversary of the Contract Start Date (“Adjustment Date”) in accordance the following formula: A = B x C D Where: A = the charges payable from and including the relevant Adjustment Date; B = the charges payable immediately before the relevant Adjustment Date; C = CPI last published before the Adjustment Date; and D = CPI last published before the Adjustment Date preceding the relevant Adjustment Date, except that in the case of the first Adjustment Date, D = CPI last published before the date of this Agreement.
Electricity Charge. Tenant shall use electricity furnished by Landlord as Tenant's sole source of electrical energy, and the Electricity Charge, as hereinafter defined, shall be additional rent under this Lease. Landlord's designated engineering consultant shall, from time to time, conduct a survey of the Demised Premises in order to establish an estimate of the electrical energy which will be used by the electrical installations in the Demised Premises. This energy estimate shall be based upon data obtained from Tenant's design plans and specifications and verified by an electrical energy survey of the Demised Premises following completion of Tenant's Work. The energy estimate shall consider Tenant's hours of operation and the total electrical usage based on connected electrical loads consisting of lighting, air conditioning equipment and other miscellaneous electric equipment installed and controlled by Tenant. Landlord's engineer consultant shall use the aforesaid survey estimate to establish Tenant's Electricity Charge. In connection with each survey, Tenant shall furnish Landlord, upon request, with the information required by Landlord to estimate Tenant's electrical loads. Tenant shall pay Landlord, monthly in advance, a sum equal to Tenant's Monthly Electricity Charge which shall be based upon the aforesaid survey. The Electricity Charge may be revised by Landlord from time to time to reflect an increase or decrease in the following: taxes, rates charged to similar consumers by the electric utility company, from which Landlord purchases its electricity, Tenant's connected load, any adjustment required as a result of actual operating experience, and seasonal requirements. In no event shall payment of the Electricity Charge abatx, xxr shall Tenant have any right to offset in any manner against the payment of such Electricity Charge.
Electricity Charge. It is calculated in accordance with the electricity meter set independently for the lighting of the lease location or other electricity used for the office of the Lessee. The items of electricity charge included are as follows: 1. The lighting of the lease location; 2. The electricity used for the outlets in the lease location; 3. The electricity used for air conditioning and elevators, and any additional electricity used by the Lessee. The Lessor, according to the requirement of the Lessee, sets up two electricity meters for the eastern and western areas separately and charges the Lessee according to the electricity actually used.
Electricity Charge. Sublessee shall pay monthly, as Additional Rent, as and when payments of Fixed Rent are due, an electricity charge equal to the sum of Four Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Five and 42/100 Dollars ($4,195.42) in respect of Sublessor's costs of providing electricity to the Subleased Premises. Sublessee's use of electricity within or serving its uses of the Subleased Premises shall not exceed that reasonably required for normal office use. If Sublessor at any time reasonably determines that Sublessee's use of electricity exceeds reasonable requirements for normal office use, and Sublessor elects to permit such excess usage, Sublessor may, at Sublessee's expense, submeter such space and the electricity charge payable monthly by Sublessee shall be adjusted to such amount as Sublessor from time to time reasonably estimates based upon such submetering and specifies by notice to Sublessee, with periodic adjustments, not less frequently than annually, as Sublessee's actual usages are known.
Electricity Charge. The Electricity Charge for a Site is equal to: 𝐸𝐶 = (𝐸𝑃 × 𝐸 × 𝐿𝐹) + (𝐷𝐶 × 𝐷 × 𝑀) where: EC = the Electricity Charge. EP = the Electricity Price, taking into account Peak and Off Peak Periods. E = the Electricity Consumption, taking into account Peak and Off Peak Periods, for the Site during the relevant Billing Period. LF = the Loss Factor (equal to 1 (one) if specified as “included” or the Site’s Loss Factor if specified as “excluded” in the Commercial Terms.) DC = the Daily Supply Charge. D = the number of days in the relevant Billing Period. M = the number of NMIs for the Site.
Electricity Charge. Electricity used by Tenant in the Premises shall be paid for by Tenant by a separate charge payable by Tenant to Landlord as set forth in Section 1.11 above.

Electricity Charge. Aera shall measure the quantity of Electricity (in kilowatt-hours) delivered to Greensteam each month and shall compute the Electricity Charge as follows: EC = KWH x CF x CBP Where: EC = Electricity Charge, in $/month KWH = The kilowatt-hours of electricity delivered to Greensteam for the month corresponding to the Incremental Energy Charge computed in Section 6.3 above. CF = Electricity conversion factor stated in the Project Agreement.
Electricity Charge. Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor all of the charges incurred by Sublessor for electric service pursuant to the Underlying Lease, including, but not limited to, any charge in connection with taxes upon Underlying Landlord's sale or resale of electric energy to Sublessee by any federal, state or municipal authority. Such charges shall be paid within five (5) days of Sublessor's billxxxx xxxrefor. Any sums due and payable to Sublessor under this Paragraph 3 shall be deemed to be, and collectible as, additional rent.
