ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT ORDERING SYSTEM. ‌ Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505(b) the Government will afford fair opportunity for Task Order award to all Contractors in the Alliant 2 award pool. The preferred system for posting GSA GWAC opportunities is the GSA eBuy system (See Attachment J-8 Website References). ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT ORDERING SYSTEM a. NITAAC has developed the secure Electronic Government Ordering System (e-GOS), a web- based task order processing system, to allow customers to perform fair opportunity in accordance with FAR 16.5 and to integrate workflow management, electronic document management, and aspects of customer relationship management to enhance process efficiency and improve data/information integrity. The contractor and customers will be required to use the e-GOS in order to participate in the task order process by registering as an e-GOS user and agreeing to system usage rules of behavior. In the event that a solicitation under the GWAC is released outside of e-GOS by the government/ordering agency, the contractor shall immediately (upon receipt of the solicitation) notify NITAAC by forwarding the solicitation to the NITAAC Customer Support Center at: XXXXXXxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx.

  • Government End Users The Apple Software and related documentation are “Commercial Items”, as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation”, as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as Commercial Items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.   • U.S. Government End Users The Software is a "commercial item," as that term is defined in 48 C.F.R. 2.101 (Oct. 1995), consisting of "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation," as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212 (Sept. 1995). Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4 (June 1995), all U.S. Government End Users acquire the Software with only those rights set forth herein.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Emergency Alert System Franchisee shall comply with the Emergency Alert System ("EAS") requirements of the FCC and the State of New York, including the NY PSC’s rules and regulations and the current New York EAS Plan, in order that emergency messages may be distributed over the System.

  • Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). Provider shall cooperate with State requirements for electronic visit verification for personal care services and home health services, as applicable.
