Employee and Vice President or Designee. If the matter is not resolved at Step 1, the employee, union representative and/or Shop Xxxxxxx shall present the grievance advancement in writing to the Human Resources Department within fourteen (14) calendar days following the decision at Step 1. The Human Resources Department will schedule a grievance meeting between the employee, union representative and/or shop xxxxxxx and the Vice President or designee, which shall be held at a mutually agreeable time. The Vice President or designee shall issue a written reply within fourteen (14) calendar days following the grievance meeting.
Employee and Vice President or Designee. In the event the Grievant is not satisfied with the reply in Step One, the Grievant may submit the written grievance to the applicable Vice President within ten (10) calendar days of the written decision in Step One. A conference between the Grievant, the employee(s) involved if requested by the employee or employees involved, the Director of Human Resources and the applicable Vice President or designee shall then be held at a mutually agreeable time. The applicable Vice President or designee shall respond in writing within ten (10) calendar days of that meeting.
