Employee-Initiated Reclassification or Reallocation. (2021) An employee request for a reclassification and/or reallocation must be submitted using the Reclassification Request Form, in accordance with the procedures outlined thereon. Reclassification Request Forms may be obtained from the Office of Human Resources. Requests for a reclassification submitted in any other format will not be honored. Once a reclassification and/or reallocation request is submitted, a position analysis will be conducted by the Office of Human Resources and will be completed within a reasonable period of time, with the appropriate personnel, including the State Court Administrator, being notified of the findings and recommendations. The State Court Administrator will issue a determination as expeditiously as possible. If implementation cannot occur immediately due to the unavailability of budgeted funds, implementation shall occur retroactively when funds are provided pursuant to budgetary procedures. At that time, the Judicial Branch shall pay the employee reclassified or reallocated interest of 2/3 of one percent per month on all monies due as a result of the reclassification or reallocation from the date of the employee request until payment.
