Employee Orientation. Employees shall be entitled to an orientation within thirty (30) calendar days of hire. The orientation may be presented in written form, by video, in person, or by any combination of presentation methods. The Employer shall inform new full time unit employees that the Union is the exclusive representative of all unit employees and provide information on all employee benefit programs provided by the Employer. The Employer agrees to distribute informational packets provided by the Union to new employees. The Union shall be allowed to make a presentation at orientations offered by the Employer. The presentation may be up to one half hour in duration and shall be conducted by a Union staff person. If a Union staff person is unable to attend the orientation, a Union staff person shall have access to all new employees for up to one half hour at the convenience of the Employer within thirty (30) calendar days following the orientation.
