Common use of Employee Personnel File Clause in Contracts

Employee Personnel File. (a) An employee shall, upon two (2) business days notice, be entitled to review their personnel file, in the presence of a University representative. The employee may be accompanied by a Union Xxxxxxx or other authorized representative of the Union. On request, the employee will be provided with a copy of any item contained within the file. The employee shall not remove, deface or alter any materials contained in the file;
