Employee Support and Representation. 12.1 Employees may be assisted, accompanied and represented by another person, including an employee representative, in the workplace and in processes relating to the review of a decision, unsatisfactory performance, workforce adjustment, alleged misconduct or in the dispute avoidance and settlement procedures outlined below.   • Scope of Representation The scope of representation shall be limited to matters relating to wages, hours of employment and other terms and conditions of employment as defined in Government Code Section 3543.2. Nothing herein may be construed to limit the right of the District to consult with CSEA on any matter outside of the scope of representation.
