Employee Tools and Equipment. In any cases where tradesmen or other employees are required by the Employer to provide their own hand tools, and where such hand tools are broken as a result of such employees carrying out their required duties and responsibilities in a proper manner, then the Employer shall pay the cost of replacing such broken hand tools, unless the employee is able to effect replacement without cost to the employee under the terms of a guarantee or warranty. The Employer will provide theft and fire insurance for employee-owned tools and equipment that are used in the work and are required by the Employer provided that the employee submits a list of items for approval annually. Such coverage does not extend to motor vehicles or other forms of transportation such as bicycles but does include rain gear used in the work. The coverage has a fifty dollar ($50) deductible payable by the employee and proof of theft will be required by the Employer.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor.
