Common use of Employee Workweek Clause in Contracts

Employee Workweek. The workweek shall not exceed five (5) consecutive working days, Monday through Friday, in a seven-day week, and includes those professional duties as prescribed in Section 7.02. This shall in no way prohibit assigning employees to nonconsecutive work hours if agreed to by the employee and the site administrator. The total amount of time in the employee’s workweek shall consist of the number of minutes in the employee’s scheduled workday times five (5) days.
