Employee's Estate. In the event the Employee shall die after a Severance Termination (including, without limitation, during the Resolution Period), this Agreement and the benefits of this Section 3 shall inure to the benefits of the estate, heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Employee in accordance with his or her will or applicable law, as the case may be.
Employee's Estate. In the event of Employee’s death, all payments hereunder shall be paid in accordance with this Agreement to Employee’s estate.
Employee's Estate. The estate of any regular employee, who dies while employed by the Employer, shall be entitled to receive one-hundred percent (100%) of the employee’s accrued unused PTO in cash; including provisions in 19.2.
Employee's Estate. Remuneration for unused accumulated sick leave up to the contract limits shall be paid to the estate of an employee who dies while actively employed in the District.

For purposes of clarification, the parties acknowledge that unless otherwise specifically stated or forbidden by law, any payments due Employee pursuant to this Separation Agreement or the Employment Agreement are not excused upon the death of Employee, and shall be paid to Employee's estate.
