CLOTHING AND UNIFORMS. Section 14.1 The Employer shall provide each Employee with such items of protective clothing set out in Administrative Operating Procedures 308.11 of the Tulsa Fire Department.
Section 14.2 Employees shall receive one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per year for the purchase of fitness clothing and apparel.
Section 14.3 Employees shall keep dated and itemized receipts for standard issue uniform items purchased utilizing the FY 2014-2015 allowance and are required to submit the receipts, to the Fire Chief, or designee, before obtaining any items through the Quartermaster system.
Section 14.4 Beginning May 1, 2015, the Fire Department shall establish a Quartermaster exchange system for items not covered in Sections 14.1, 14.2, and 14.3. The Quartermaster is an in-house one-to-one uniform exchange program for providing uniforms to Employees of the Fire Department, on an as-needed basis. Items are eligible for exchange, if damaged or worn out, as determined by the Fire Chief, or designee. In addition, upon promotion and/or reassignment all necessary uniform items required in AOP 700 will also be provided to each member.
A. The required standard issue uniform items covered under the Quartermaster system and required by Fire Department are listed in Administrative Operating Procedure 703.
B. All Employees are required to possess and maintain a Class A Dress Uniform at all times. Current Employees who provide dated and itemized receipts totaling an amount equal to or in excess of the allowance provided in FY 2014-2015 for the purchase of standard issue uniform items are eligible to exchange items with the Quartermaster.
C. Optional uniform items are not available through the Quartermaster. Employees may use personal funds to purchase optional uniform items. If optional uniform items become available through the Quartermaster, the Fire Chief or designee will notify the Employees of the opportunity to exchange damaged or worn out optional uniform items. Employees are not entitled to reimbursement for any monies spent on optional uniform items.
D. If an Employee places an order through the Quartermaster for an item provided by the Quartermaster and the Quartermaster is not able to produce the finished item to the Employee within forty-five (45) days of the order being placed, the Employee shall provide the Administrative Chief a written request for the item. CLOTHING AND UNIFORMS. In the event that there is a concern raised with the clothing/uniforms that cannot be settled through discussion with the supervisor, the issue shall be discussed at the next scheduled Labour/Management Team meeting.
CLOTHING AND UNIFORMS. 14.2.1 Employees who are required to work outdoors in inclement weather shall have access to rain gear and boots.
14.2.2 Civilian Police and Fire Department employees who are required to wear a uniform shall receive a uniform allowance of three hundred twenty-five dollars ($325.00) per year.
14.2.3 Uniform and clothing allowances shall be paid on, or before April 1 of each year.

The school system shall provide four (4) sets of uniforms to each custodial employee and the parking lot attendant; color and style to be determined by a committee of Union and Management representatives. All custodial employees must complete their probationary period before they will be issued uniforms. One coverall will be furnished each head custodian. It will be replaced once every three years maximum. Uniforms must be worn during normal working hours. Uniforms must be kept clean and in good repair, name tags are not to be removed. Uniforms will be changed as existing ones wear out. When badly worn or damaged they must be given to the Director of Building and Grounds for replacement.
CLOTHING AND UNIFORMS. To all employees who may be required by the Company to wear uniforms, the following conditions apply upon regular appointment:
(1) The employee will pay one-half (½) the cost of their first uniform; the Company will pay the full cost of future uniforms; payments will not be deducted until the completion of the probationary period. If employment is terminated by the Company during the probationary period, the uniforms will be returned.
(2) Uniforms will be worn only on Company duty.
(3) Uniforms must be carefully cared for and are subject to inspection by officials of the Company.
(4) Uniforms must be kept neat and tidy at all times.
(5) If uniform is rendered unfit for wear because of neglect or abuse on the part of the employee, he/she shall be liable to replace the uniform at their own expense.
(6) If damaged or worn out in the course of normal duties, uniforms or parts thereof will be replaced at the discretion of the supervisor.
(7) Upon termination and/or retirement from the company employees are required to return all uniforms issued to them.

32.02 The employees shall wear issued items of clothing during working hours unless otherwise excused and shall be responsible for their upkeep except for the cleaning, laundering and repairs caused by normal wear and tear which remain the responsibility of the Employer.

The Corporation agrees that the practice of supplying fatigues and articles of uniform clothing on an as required basis as determined by the Fire Chief, will continue to remain in effect. In addition, the will supply log books to employees while on Acting Captain status. Labour Management Committee meetings will be held on a basis. The Committee will deal with the of issues. Meeting dates, times and locations will be established at least two (2) months in advance and agendas will be exchanged no less than one (Iw)eek in advance. The Corporation agrees to exercise the above functions in a manner consistent with the general purpose and intent of the Agreement and that of the

32.04 The Senate will make every reasonable effort to provide employees with clothing and uniforms as soon as possible following initial appointment.
32.05 The scale of issue in force on the date of signing of this Collective Agreement is at Appendix “B”. This scale of issue may be amended from time to time following consultation with the bargaining agent pursuant to clause 27.02. * 32.06 –The Senate will issue appropriate maternity clothing for pregnant employees in uniform. Employees should inform management of the pregnancy at an early stage to ensure clothing is provided on a timely basis.
