Employees With Less. Than One Year's Service‌ (a) Employees with less than one year of completed service, will receive annual vacation pay in accordance with the provisions of applicable legislation. (b) Such employees will receive any annual vacation pay to which they are entitled with their regular paycheques for each pay period or at the employee's option may accumulate vacation pay until the end of the calendar year.

Employees With Less than One (1) Year of Service a. In accordance with the Act, clause 11.4.5.a shall not apply to an Employee with less than one (1) year’s continuous service. b. The general obligation on NextSense should be no more than to give relevant Employees an indication of the impending redundancy at the first reasonable opportunity, and to take such steps as may be reasonable to facilitate the obtaining by the Employees of suitable alternative employment.
Employees With Less than one (1) year seniority will receive two percent (2%) of wages earned in the vacation year. Vacation pay for all other employees will be two percent (2%) of wages earned in the vacation year or, forty (40) hours at their rate of pay in Appendix “B” plus their Cost of Living Allowance for each week of vacation entitlement, whichever is greater, provided the employee worked at least 240 hours in the vacation year

Failure to timely deliver the employment contracts to the Union entitles the Union to liquidated damages in the amount of $10.00 per day per contract until the Union receives each such employment contract.

  • EMPLOYEES OF THE CONTRACTOR All work under this contract shall be performed in a professional and skillful manner. The County may require, in writing, that the Contractor, remove from this contract any employee the County deems incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Non-Interference with Business Relationships a. Employee acknowledges that, in the course of employment, Employee will learn about Company’s business, services, materials, programs and products and the manner in which they are developed, marketed, serviced and provided. Employee knows and acknowledges that the Company has invested considerable time and money in developing its product sales and real estate development programs and relationships, vendor and other service provider relationships and agreements, store layouts and fixtures, and marketing techniques and that those things are unique and original. Accordingly, Employee acknowledges and agrees that the protection outlined in (b) below is necessary and reasonable. b. During the Restricted Period, Employee will not, on Employee’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or Entity, solicit, contact, call upon, or communicate with any person or entity or any representative of any person or entity who has a business relationship with Company and with whom Employee had contact while employed, if such contact or communication would likely interfere with Company’s business relationships or result in an unfair competitive advantage over Company.

  • EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS The ORGANIZATION, its employees, volunteers or agents performing under this Agreement are not deemed to be employees of the COUNTY, nor volunteers or agents of the COUNTY in any manner whatsoever. No officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the ORGANIZATION will hold themselves out as, or claim to be, an officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the COUNTY by reason hereof, nor will they make any claim, demand or application to or for any right or privilege applicable to an officer, employee volunteer or agent of the COUNTY. The parties agree that the COUNTY will not be responsible for the payment of any industrial insurance premiums or related claims or other benefits that may arise during the performance of services under this Agreement for any ORGANIZATION employee or volunteer, or for any consultant’s, contractor’s or subcontractor’s employee(s) or agent(s) that has been retained by the ORGANIZATION.

  • Business Relationships There are no business relationships or related party transactions involving the Company or any other person required to be described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus that have not been described as required.
