Employer Payment of Employee Benefits During Maternity/Parental Leave. During the period of maternity / parental / adoption leave, the Employer shall continue to pay their share of the benefits in accordance with Article 23 of this agreement. The Executive Director shall arrange with the Employee a mutually agreed upon payment schedule for the Employee’s share of the cost of benefits.
