Employment Screening Process: Determining an Employee’s Capability to Perform the Work Sample Clauses

Employment Screening Process: Determining an Employee’s Capability to Perform the Work. UDT’s technical management teams work with the hiring manager to review resumes for candidates to determine their ability to perform the required work. In the screening process, we verify a candidate’s ability through the technical interview with qualified internal staff to verify their knowledge and capabilities as defined in their resume. We recognize that candidates often have a difficult time documenting all experience, so we review specific questions with them to further define their capabilities. When conducting this technical interview, we consider the current and projected needs of the State. This supports future planning efforts as requirements may evolve to meet technology demands.
