Employment while on Long Service Leave. An Employee must not, while on long service leave, engage in any other employment in place of the employment in relation to which the right to leave accrued.

  • Benefits While on Leave An employee will continue to receive her/his salary and benefits while on paid leave under this Article. An employee on unpaid leave may arrange to pay the costs required to maintain benefit coverage in accordance with the local provisions of the collective agreement.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually.   • EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION BY CONTRACTOR PROHIBITED During the performance of this Contract, the Contractor agrees as follows:

  • Vacation Pay on Termination An employee whose employment is terminated shall receive vacation pay at the appropriate percentage of the wages or salary earned during the period of entitlement in accordance with the employee's years of service.

It includes individualized support services consistent with the individual’s plan of services and supports as well as supervision, self-employment, and training. Optional*† E. Behavioral Support: Specialized interventions by professionals with required credentials to assist an individual to increase adaptive behaviors and to replace or modify maladaptive behavior that prevent or interfere with the individual’s inclusion in home and family life or community life. Support includes: ▪ assessing and analyzing assessment findings so that an appropriate behavior support plan may be designed; ▪ developing an individualized behavior support plan consistent with the outcomes identified in the individual’s plan of services and supports; ▪ training and consulting with family members or other providers and, as appropriate, the individual; ▪ and monitoring and evaluating the success of the behavioral support plan and modifying the plan as necessary.   • SALARY DETERMINATION FOR EMPLOYEES IN ADULT EDUCATION PCA Article B.3 does not apply in School District No. 34 (Abbotsford).

  • Sick Leave While on Vacation An employee who while on vacation is incapacitated for one (1) or more days due to personal illness or injury may charge such days to accrued sick leave. In such event, the employee promptly shall notify his department, and upon return to duty shall substantiate the need for, and use of, sick leave.
