Remuneration Review. The Company will review the Remuneration Package on an annual basis and the Company may alter the Employee’s total Remuneration Package and its components following that review.
Remuneration Review. Each employee’s remuneration will be reviewed annually using the relevant criteria contained in the Annual Salary Review and Annual Promotions Procedures. Employees are entitled to leave on the following basis:
Remuneration Review. The remuneration of the Executive shall be reviewed on the date 6 months from the Commencement Date and every 6 months thereafter.
Remuneration Review. 6.4.1 Subject to clause 6.4.2 employees will receive an incremental increase as outlined below.
6.4.2 Payment of the pay increase for 2023 will be made as soon as possible after the agreement has been approved by the Fair Work Commission and will be backdated to the first full pay period in January 2023 (refer to Appendix A).
Remuneration Review. The remuneration of the Chief Executive shall be reviewed on the date 12 months from the Commencement Date and every 12 months thereafter.
Remuneration Review. An annual review of the rates of pay specified in Appendix I shall take place in July each year under this Agreement and the rates may be increased, subject to the employer’s sole discretion and consideration of such factors as employee performance, the performance of the business, general economic factors and the employee’s ability and overall value to the business.
Remuneration Review. Your compensation is subject to compensation restraint legislation, including Part IV.1 of the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2010, SO 2010, c 25 and the Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014, SO 2014, c 13, Sch 1, and related regulations, as amended from time to time (collectively, “Compensation Restraint Laws”). Your compensation may be reviewed by the Human Resources Committee of the Board in accordance with its Terms of Reference during the term of your Appointment to the extent permitted under Compensation Restraint Laws. In the event that Compensation Restraint Laws are substantially amended during the Appointment, the terms this Agreement will be reviewed and mutually acceptable adjustments, compliant with amended Compensation Restraint Laws, may be negotiated at that time
Remuneration Review. The Remuneration Package is subject to annual review with any changes effected on the date in Item 5 of Schedule 1.
Remuneration Review. Your next remuneration review is expected to be during July 2002. Thereafter your Total Remuneration Package will be reviewed [at least] once in each 12 months of your employment on such a basis as the National, in its absolute discretion, may determine. Your Total Remuneration Package will not be reduced as a consequence of a review.
Remuneration Review. 8.1 Remuneration is reviewed annually each year, generally with effect from July. There may be a review earlier than that if your duties or services materially change, especially to ensure compliance with any legal (or award) requirement.
8.2 Increases are awarded dependent upon qualifications, work duties, quality of service, level of responsibility and management responsibilities, work place b aviour and specific and overall performance, taking into consideration market conditions and other relevant factors. This process also provides an opportunity to discuss and review your perf xxxxx in the job and your overall development.
