Encumbered Positions. Sixty (60) days notice shall be given to the Union prior to changing an encumbered position(s) which will require an employee(s) to work at more than one (1) site within the Regional Health Authority. Such notice of organizational change shall be provided under this Article and Letter of Understanding #11.

Encumbered Positions. 42 In the event that a substitute is in continuous service for more than a two (2) month period of time in the 43 same position, an individual will be considered an interim unit member and entitled to the starting salary 44 retroactive to the first day of employment in that position. Such service must be continuous in nature 1 with no breaks excluding holidays. The shift differential is not paid unless the position exceeds six (6)
