Additional charges may apply where the Hirer fails to comply with clause 17.1 and 17.2.

You must also clean all surfaces & equipment. • You are responsible for removing all rubbish and recycling and placing this in the outside wheelie bins prior to departure. • If you have utilised the cooker/hob/fridge/extractor fan these must be wiped clean prior to your departure. • Please also refer to the Special Conditions arising as a result of Covid-19 re further cleaning requirements. • Failure to comply with these requirements will result in an additional minimum charge of £25.
