End user Service Agreement. Partner shall resell, use, or provide for use (as applicable) the Oerings subject to Wazuh’s Service Agreement(s) and any additional specific terms provided on the Wazuh quotation to the Partner. Only Xxxxx can agree to changes to the Service Agreement which must be in a document signed by an authorized signatory of Wazuh. Partner must ensure that any terms between Customer and Partner are no less protective of Xxxxx’s rights under the Service Agreement. Partner shall quote to Customer and obtain Customer’s agreement to any Customer specific terms provided in the Wazuh quote to Partner. Wazuh reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Oerings to any Customer that does not agree to the Service Agreement.

PSA member entities may enter into a separate supplemental service agreement “End User Agreement” (by whatever name your company refers to such document) to further define the level of service requirements over and above the minimum defined in this contract (i.e. invoice requirements, ordering requirements, special order items and delivery, inclusion of specialty value added services designed to be tailored to a specific End User’s needs and/or requests, etc.). Any supplemental service agreement developed as a result of this contract is exclusively between the participating member entity and awarded vendor. BVCOG, PSA, its board members, officers, agents, officials, and employees shall not be made party to any claim for breach of such agreement. *Response required

Reseller may, but is not required to, prior to the commencement of marketing the wireless services, provide its form of End User contract, if any, to American Messaging Services, LLC for its review. American Messaging Services, LLC’ review shall be limited to ascertaining whether the proprietary and legal interests of American Messaging Services, LLC are adequately protected in such contract and to review the use of any protected American Messaging Services, LLC xxxx to the extent prior written consent was provided to use any American Messaging Services, LLC xxxx. Reseller shall not use any American Messaging Services, LLC xxxx in its End User agreements without the prior written consent of American Messaging Services, LLC. Reseller shall delete all price information from such contract prior to submitting it to American Messaging Services, LLC for review. Reseller shall include the following language or substantially similar language in its End User agreements: “(End User) shall acquire no proprietary interest in the Number assigned by (Reseller) for its use. The supplier of wireless services to (Reseller) shall have no liability whatsoever for (End User’s) losses, claims or damages for any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to any failure or disruption of wireless services provided hereunder, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or in tort or otherwise. (End User) shall not be deemed a third-party beneficiary of any contract between (Reseller) and (Reseller’s) supplier.”
End user Service Agreement. Party A: Party B: China Central Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd (CCDC) Whereas Party A has demand on ChinaBond Yield Curve and ChinaBond Valuation, the parties are entering into "ChinaBond Yield Curve and ChinaBond Valuation End User Service Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) through amicable consultation in compliance with the "Contract Law of People’s Republic of China" and other related laws and regulations. The first quantity on an item listed on our website is the minimum order. In some cases production will allow less than minimum order and additional fees will apply. Artwork is needed is a specific format to print on promotional items. If customer cannot provide the format needed, which is vector .eps or .ai. Then we can recreate the artwork to get it in format needed. When artwork includes pictures we cannot recreate those and we must have customer send that in high resolution 300 dpi or higher. Once an order is placed then proofs must be signed off on before order will go into production (unless the proof is waived for a rush order) After proof is approved then order will go into production. Once the order ships, we will then invoice the order and e-mail the invoice over (or mail if needed). Once an order is placed, it can be canceled at any time before the proof is approved with no cancellation fee. Once the proof is approved, an order cannot be canceled as it goes into production after an approval has been received. Invoices need to be paid with in 30 days. We accept payment via check, credit card, or direct deposit. Standard turnaround time within the industry including getting a proof and delivery time is about 2 to 3 weeks. However, sometimes products need to be delivered in a shorter time frame. We do have relationships with suppliers than can handle a shorter production time.
