Enhanced Extended Links (EELs) 5.3.1 EELs are combinations of Loops and Dedicated Transport as defined in this Attachment, together with any facilities, equipment, or functions necessary to combine those Network Elements. Exceptions and Extension of Payment Due Date NYSERDA has determined that, notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 504.3 and 504.4 of this Exhibit, any of the following facts or circumstances, which may occur concurrently or consecutively, reasonably justify extension of the Payment Due Date:
Alternative Risk Financing Programs The County reserves the right to review, and then approve, Contractor use of self-insurance, risk retention groups, risk purchasing groups, pooling arrangements and captive insurance to satisfy the Required Insurance provisions. The County and its Agents shall be designated as an Additional Covered Party under any approved program.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS The price of the whole accommodation service booked is always payable by the Guest in advance, at the latest upon arrival in the hotel. Set-off by the Guest is excluded unless the set- off relates to an undisputed or legally confirmed claim. Interim Extension Amendment a. Prior to or on the expiration date of this Contract, the Parties agree that this Contract can be extended as provided under this Section.
TAM Extension Service The TAM Extension Service is an extension of a Red Hat Enterprise Linux TAM Service to provide additional technical knowledge such as SAP implementations on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The TAM Extension Service requires a separate active and paid standard TAM Service Subscription.
Funding Provisions 4.1 All salaries, fringe benefits, professional development, local travel, supplies for the College and Career Counselor will be provided by Collin College.
Voluntary Extension Purchase Orders issued against a State Centralized Contract by any Authorized User not provided for in the Bid Specifications shall be honored by the Contractor at its discretion and only with the approval of the OGS Commissioner and any other approvals required by law. Contractors are encouraged to voluntarily extend service Contracts to those additional entities authorized to utilize commodity Contracts under Section 163 (3) (iv) of the State Finance Law.
EXPIRATION DATE AND EXTENSION This Contract expires January 31, 2023, unless it is terminated sooner pursuant to Article XX of the General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this Contract by reference. This Contract may be extended up to three additional one-year periods upon request of Sourcewell and with written agreement by the Contractor, not to exceed a total of four years.

Capacity Allocators The proportion of the Customer’s Total Capacity Quantity that comprises Pipeline Capacity, Underground Storage Withdrawal Capacity and Peaking Capacity. City Gate The interconnection between a Delivering Pipeline and the Company’s distribution facilities. Company Eversource Gas Company of Massachusetts d/b/a Eversource Energy Company Gas Allowance The difference between the sum of all amounts of Gas received into the Company’s distribution system and the sum of all amounts of Gas delivered from the Company’s distribution system as calculated by the Company for the most recent twelve (12) month period ending July 31. Such difference shall include, but not be limited to, Gas consumed by the Company for its own purposes, line losses and Gas vented and lost as a result of an event of Force Majeure, excluding gas otherwise accounted for. Company-Managed Supplies Capacity contracts held and managed by the Company in accordance with governing tariffs, but made available to the Supplier pursuant to Section 13.9 of these Terms and Conditions, including supply-sharing contracts and load- management contracts. Consumption Algorithm A mathematical formula used to estimate a Customer’s daily consumption. Critical Day In accordance with Section 19.0 of these Terms and Conditions, a Day declared at any time by the Company in its reasonable discretion when unusual operating conditions may jeopardize operation of the Company’s distribution system.
