Entitlement to Annual Leave. 2.1 An employee is entitled to accrue an amount of paid annual leave, for each completed 4 week period of continuous service with the company, of 1 / 13 of the number of nominal hours worked by the employee during that 4 week period. Example: An employee whose nominal hours worked for a 12 month period were 38 hours per week would be entitled to 152 hours of annual leave (which would be the equivalent of 4 weeks of annual leave if his or her nominal hours worked remained unchanged).
