Payment For Normal Hours of Work on Public Holidays. The Bank may require an employee to work the Normal Hours of Work on a Public Holiday. An employee who is required to work the Normal Hours of Work on a Public Holiday shall be paid Two (2) times the Ordinary Rate of Pay, regardless the period of work done on that day is less than the Normal Hours of Work.

  • Normal Hours of Work 6.01 The normal work day is defined as the twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:00 Midnight.
