Entity’s obligations. The Entity’s representative(s) shall furnish all information, documents, and utility locations, necessary for commencement of Work. Costs of construction permits and authority approvals will be borne by the Entity. A representative will be designated by the Entity for inspecting the work and answering on-site questions. The Entity shall designate the public and private property areas where the disaster mitigation work is to be performed. Copies of complete “Right of Entry” forms, where they are required by the State and local law for private property, shall be furnished to the Contractor by the Entity. The Entity shall hold harmless and indemnify the Contractor judgements and awards alleged to have been caused by services rendered under this contract for disaster relief work unless such claims are caused by the gross negligence of the Contractor, his subcontractors or his employees.

Entity’s obligations. Entity will be responsible for the following: • Providing services and treatment to child victims of maltreatment and their caregivers at CrossRoads’ Alamance County location. This includes, as necessary, services like therapy referrals and working with other agencies in the community to provide necessary services. • Submitting a monthly report, labeled Exhibit A, attached and incorporated herein, showing the services Entity provided that month. The report must be submitted to Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Director of the Family Justice Center, within fourteen (14) days after the last calendar day of the preceding month. Entity will not receive its monthly payments unless it completes the entire report to County’s satisfaction.
Entity’s obligations. To the extent Business Associate is to carry out Covered Entity’s obligations under 45 CFR Part 164, Subpart E, comply with the requirements of Subpart E that apply to Covered Entity in the performance of such obligations.
