Entry by the City. Tenant will permit the City, and the agents and employees of the City, to enter into and upon the Leased Premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the Leased Premises and the Building; provided that the City and its agents and employees shall give prior notice to Tenant that they desire to inspect the interior of the Leased Premises and Building and shall use reasonable efforts not to disrupt Tenant’s operations in the Building; provided, further, that no such prior notice shall be required in connection with any emergency on the Property.
Entry by the City. The CITY shall have the right to enter the Premises at any reasonable hour to inspect for compliance with the terms of this Lease upon twenty-four (24) hours notice. The CITY and/or CITY’s agents shall comply with all of WKRFA’s work safety rules and restrictions.
Entry by the City. The Developer shall permit the City, through its officers, agents, or employees, to enter the Property at all reasonable times upon reasonable notice to inspect the work of construction of the Project to determine that such work is in conformity with the Approved Construction Documents or to inspect the Property for compliance with this Agreement. The City is under no obligation to: (a) supervise construction, (b) inspect the Property, or (c) inform the Developer of information obtained by the City during any inspection, except that the City shall inform the Developer of any information it obtains or discovers during inspection that could reasonably foreseeably affect rights or obligations of a Party under this Agreement. The Developer shall not rely upon the City for any supervision or inspection. The rights granted to the City pursuant to this section are in addition to any rights of entry and inspection the City may have in exercising its municipal regulatory authority.
Entry by the City. The Developer hereby permits the City, through its officers, agents, consultants or employees, at all reasonable times, to enter into the Development: (a) to inspect the work of construction to determine that the same is in conformity with the requirements of this Agreement; and (b), following completion of construction and upon forty-eight (48) hours notice, to inspect the ongoing operation and management of the Development to determine that the same is in conformance with the requirements of this Agreement. The Developer acknowledges that the City is under no obligation to supervise, inspect, or inform the Developer of the progress of construction, or operations and the Developer may not rely upon the City therefor. Any inspection by the City during the construction is entirely for its purposes in determining whether the Developer is in compliance with this Agreement and is not for the purpose of determining or informing the Developer of the quality or suitability of construction. The Developer must rely entirely upon its own supervision and inspection in determining the quality and suitability of the materials and work, and the performance of architects, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
Entry by the City. Owner shall permit the City, through its officers, agents or employees, at all reasonable times to enter onto the Property and inspect the work of Rehabilitation to determine that the same is in conformity with the Work Write-up and all the requirements hereof. Owner acknowledges that the City is under no obligation to supervise, inspect, or inform Owner of the progress of construction, and Owner shall not rely upon the City therefor. Any inspection by the City is entirely for the purpose of determining whether Owner is in default under this Agreement and is not for the purpose of determining or informing Owner of the quality or suitability of construction. Owner shall rely entirely upon its own supervision and inspection in determining the quality and suitability of the materials and work, and the performance of architects, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
Entry by the City. During the construction of the Development, the City Representative (as defined in Section 5.4) shall have access to the Property at all reasonable times (without notice) to perform the duties set forth in Section 5.4. In addition, the Developer shall permit the City, through its officers, agents, or employees, at all reasonable times, and accompanied by a representative of the Developer, to enter into the Development following reasonable written notice from the City (a) to inspect the work of construction to determine that the same is in conformity with the requirements of this Agreement, and (b), following completion of construction, to inspect the ongoing operation and management of the Development to determine that the same is in conformance with the requirements of this Agreement. The City shall not cause any delay by its entry pursuant to this Section 10.19. The Developer acknowledges that the City is under no obligation to supervise, inspect, or inform the Developer of the progress of construction, or operations and the Developer shall not rely upon the City or the City Representative therefore. Except as set forth in Section 5.4, any inspection by the City or the City Representative during the construction is entirely for its purposes in determining whether the Developer is in compliance with this Agreement and is not for the purpose of determining or informing the Developer of the quality or suitability of construction. Except as set forth in Section 5.4, the Developer shall rely entirely upon its own supervision and inspection in determining the quality and suitability of the materials and work, and the performance of architects, subcontractors, and material suppliers.

Each Developer Affiliate shall permit the City, through its officers, agents, or employees, to enter the Property at all reasonable times upon reasonable notice to inspect the work of construction of the Project to determine that such work is in conformity with the Approved Construction Documents or to inspect the Property for compliance with this Agreement. The City is under no obligation to: (a) supervise construction,

Until such time as the Project is entitled to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, Tenant shall provide the City with monthly progress reports, or more frequently as reasonably requested by the City, regarding the status of the construction of the Improvements.
