Entry Rules. The City is hosting a photograph contest (hereinafter, “Lehi Photo Contest 2016”), whereby Lehi residents can take photos of life, landscape, and landmarks in in the community. The following rules shall apply to any photograph submitted for consideration: a. Only Lehi City residents may submit photographs for consideration. Applicant may be of any age and any skill level. However, employees, vendors, media partners, and advertising agencies are not eligible to submit photographs for consideration. b. Each photograph must be accompanied by a fully-completed Lehi Photo Contest 2016 Agreement However, in the event that the Applicant is younger than 18 years old, an Applicant’s parent or legal guardian (acting in such representative capacity) must sign this Agreement on behalf of the Applicant. The Applicant must be the actual photographer of any photograph submitted. If more than one person is responsible for a submitted photograph, each responsible individual must provide a completed Lehi Photo Contest 2016 Agreement. c. Applicant may submit his or her photograph(s) via e-mail to xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx-xx.xxx. There is no limit to the number of photographs submitted by Applicant. d. All submission must be in “.jpg” format, and must be at least 8 mb (3264X2448) in size. Furthermore, all photographs must be taken within the geographical boundaries of Lehi City, and must depict something that is located within the same geographical boundaries. All photographs should be “family friendly” (i.e., appropriate for viewers of any age). e. All photographs and corresponding agreements must be submitted in a timely manner so that the City receives said photographs and agreements on or before April 30th, 2016. Any photographs not received by the City prior to this deadline shall be disqualified from judging in the Lehi Photo Contest 2016. Any photograph received by the City, but not accompanied by a corresponding agreement, shall likewise be disqualified.
Entry Rules. Playwright hereby acknowledges that he or she has read and complied with all entry rules outlined in the National Playwriting Competition Rules and Guidelines for Submission Form.

  • Safety Rules 5.01 The safety rules of the State having jurisdiction shall be observed by the parties hereto. It is recognized that the Employer has the exclusive responsibility for providing a safe and healthful workplace. To assist the Employer in maintaining an effective and continuing safety program, a permanent Joint Safety Committee shall be established, consisting of two (2) members from the Union and two (2) members from the Employers, who shall meet at regular times to administer educational instructions, investigate serious accidents, and to draft appropriate safety rules. Such rules as adopted by this committee, shall become a part of this Agreement.

  • Holiday Rules ‌ The following rules apply to all holidays except the personal holiday: A. Employees will be paid at a straight-time rate even though they do not work. B. In addition to Subsection A above, employees will be paid for the hours actually worked on a holiday at the overtime rate, in accordance with Article 7, Overtime. C. For full-time employees with a Monday-through-Friday work schedule: 1. When a holiday falls on a Saturday, the Friday before will be the holiday. 2. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday will be the holiday. D. For full-time employees who do not have a Monday-through-Friday work schedule: 1. When a holiday falls on the employee’s scheduled workday, that day will be considered the holiday. 2. When a holiday falls on the employee’s scheduled day off, the agency will treat the employee’s workday before or after as the holiday. 3. Upon approval, an employee may schedule an alternate day off as their holiday as long as the requested day off falls within the same pay period as the holiday or in either workweek adjacent to that pay period. E. The holiday for night shift employees whose work schedules begin on one calendar day and ends on the next will be determined by the agency. It will start either at: 1. The beginning of the scheduled night shift that begins on the calendar holiday, or 2. The beginning of the shift that precedes the calendar holiday. The decision will be the same for all employees in a facility unless there is agreement to do otherwise between the agency and one (1) or more affected employees, or with the Union, which will constitute agreement of the employees. F. Part-time employees who were employed before and after the holiday and for a period of at least twelve (12) calendar days during the month (but not including the holiday) will be compensated in cash or compensatory time for the holiday in an amount proportionate to the time in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment. G. A full-time employee will qualify for holiday compensation if they are employed before the holiday and is in pay status: 1. For the entire work shift preceding the holiday; or 2. For at least eighty (80) non-overtime or non-standby hours during the month, not counting the holiday.

  • WORK RULES The State may change or adopt work rules during the term of this Agreement but such changed or adopted work rules shall not be inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Whenever such work rules are to be changed or adopted, they shall be posted on bulletin boards in the appropriate organizational units for seven (7) days before they are to become effective. Simultaneously with such posting a copy of same shall be forwarded to MSEA-SEIU. Upon request by MSEA-SEIU the State will meet and consult with MSEA-SEIU on the proposed changed or new rules.

  • Privacy Rule “Privacy Rule” shall mean the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information at 45 Code of Federal Regulations Part 160 and Part 164, Subparts A and E.

  • HIPAA Rules “HIPAA Rules” shall mean the Privacy, Security, Breach Notification, and Enforcement Rules at 45 CFR Part 160 and Part 164.

  • HOUSE RULES RESIDENT shall comply with all house rules as stated on separate addendum, but which are deemed part of this rental agreement, and a violation of any of the house rules is considered a breach of this agreement.

  • Export Rules You agree that the Software will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act or any other export laws, restrictions or regulations (collectively the "Export Laws"). In addition, if the Software is identified as an export controlled item under the Export Laws, you represent and warrant that you are not a citizen of, or located within, an embargoed or otherwise restricted nation (including without limitation Iran, Syria, Sudan, Libya, Cuba and North Korea) and that you are not otherwise prohibited under the Export Laws from receiving the Software. All rights to use the Software are granted on condition that such rights are forfeited if you fail to comply with the terms of this agreement.

  • RULES & REGULATIONS The Exhibitor must comply with the requirements of all Authorities and where applicable with all rules and regulations issued by the owner of the Venue in force at the time of the Exhibition. The Exhibitor undertakes to comply with the obligations and duties contained or referred to in the Contract including (without limitation) those contained or to be contained in the Exhibitors’ Manual. Exemptions from any of these obligations and duties may be granted at the Organisers’ discretion. No exemption given by the Organisers will be effective unless in writing. The Contract comprises these Terms and Conditions, the Exhibition Space Contract and the Exhibitors’ Manual) except as varied in writing signed by the parties.

  • WORKING RULES B6.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Employer shall determine the number of employees required. B6.2 There shall be no inequitable minimum or maximum amount of work which an employee may be required to perform during the working day, and there shall be no restrictions imposed against the use of any type of machinery tools, or labour saving devices. B6.3 At the discretion of the Employer, employees may be changed from one classification to another within the jurisdiction of the Union provided that the employee is capable and qualified to perform the work. No employee's hourly rate shall be lowered during the shift under these provisions, and if an employee is assigned to work calling for a higher rate of pay he shall receive such higher rate of pay for the full shift. B6.4 Subject to the employee being capable and qualified to perform the work, no employee's hourly rate shall be lowered under these provisions, and if an employee is assigned to work calling for a higher rate of pay he shall receive such higher rate of pay for the full day. During emergencies, any employee of the Employer may be assigned to any work, provided, however, that no employee's hourly rate shall be lowered under this provision, and provided further that in the event an employee is assigned to work called for a higher rate of pay, he shall receive such higher rate for the full day. B6.5 The Employer shall make arrangements in each locality where employees are employed to enable such employees to cash their pay cheques or, where it is impracticable to do so, will provide any employee within twenty-four (24) hours written request with a cheque in the equivalent of subsistence allowance payable. Where camps are provided in remote areas devoid of normal banking facilities, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to provide cheque cashing facilities, it being understood that where it is impracticable to do so, suitable substitute provisions shall be agreed at the Pre-job Conference. All cheques to be negotiable at par. B6.6 On jobs where camps are provided the Employer shall insure the personal effects of each employee against loss by fire in an amount not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) provided an inventory of such personal effects is filed with the Employer. B6.7 The Employer shall provide gloves and coveralls to each employee who normally comes in contact with hot dope. In the event that an employee does not return the foregoing items supplied to him by the Employer, the Employer shall charge the cost of same to the employee and deduct this cost from any money owing to the employee.

  • School Rules The School rules which apply are set out in the Parent Handbook, the School website and other documents published from time to time. The Parents are requested to read these documents carefully with the Pupil before they accept the offer of a place.
