Error Reproduction Sample Clauses

Error Reproduction. If Micro Focus is unable to reproduce a reported Error at Micro Focus’ premises, if mutually agreed, Licensee may choose whether to provide Micro Focus with direct access to Licensee's system for the purposes of performing remote diagnostic efforts to determine the cause of the Error. Such remote access shall be through a service that allows access to a receiving system through secure internet connections. If Micro Focus is unable to reproduce a reported Error, Micro Focus will not work to produce a Correction.
Error Reproduction. After Client reports a suspected Error, Provider will consult with Client to determine the severity of the Error. Provider may request the assistance of Client in order to reproduce operating conditions similar to those present when Client detected such Error. Such assistance may include copies of input, output and database dumps as needed.
Error Reproduction. After Subscriber reports a suspected Error (“Error” means a failure of the Service to operate or to function as set forth in the Documentation or in a Services Attachment)., SPGCI will consult with Subscriber to determine the severity of the Error. SPGCI may ask Subscriber to help reproduce operating conditions similar to those present when Subscriber detected such Error. Assistance may include copies of input, output, and database dumps.
Error Reproduction. 5.1 In order to resolve an Issue, OneMSP must be able to reproduce the Issue. Both parties will use reasonable efforts to reproduce the Issue. OneMSP will use commercially reasonable efforts to reproduce and diagnose Issues reported by the Customer. Where OneMSP requests it, the Customer or its relevant User shall demonstrate the Issue to OneMSP via remote access.

Such remote access shall be through a service that allows access to a receiving system through secure internet connections. If Pegasie Technologies is unable to reproduce a reported Error, Pegasie Technologies will not work to produce a Correction.

  • Reproductions This Agreement and all documents which have been or may be hereinafter furnished by Borrower to the Bank may be reproduced by the Bank by any photographic, photostatic, microfilm, xerographic or similar process, and any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding (whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made in the regular course of business).

We will routinely destroy all original documentation. We may store records electronically via imaging, scanning, filming or other technology used in the financial services industry for the storage of documentation via internal processes or third-party processors that we approve for these services. You agree that such storage shall be secure, and further agree that such records shall for all purposes be recognized and admissible in evidence or otherwise to prove the agreements, rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to any such records.

  • Tape-recording The Fund on behalf of itself and its Customers authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Fund, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Fund in writing. The Fund further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by applicable law.

  • Reproduction of Agreement Copies of this Agreement shall be printed by the Board within thirty (30) days after the Agreement is signed. Copies will then be given to all teachers presently employed, to all teachers hereafter employed, and copies will be available for inspection by any teachers who are considered for employment by the Board.

  • ELECTRONIC WORKFLOW SYSTEM OGS reserves the right to incorporate an electronic workflow system that may include elements of the Authorized User RFQ process. OGS reserves the right to post Authorized User Contract usage of Centralized Contracts. For Lot 4 only, when provided for in the RFQ and resultant Authorized User Agreement, the Authorized Users may reimburse travel expenses. All rules and regulations associated with this travel can be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/agencies/travel/travel.htm. In no case will any travel reimbursement be charged that exceeds these rates. All travel will be paid only as specified within the Authorized User Agreement and must be billed with the associated services on the same Invoice with receipts attached. The Contractor shall receive prior approval from the Authorized User for any travel that occurs during the term of an Authorized User Agreement. Parking fees and/or parking tickets shall not be paid by an Authorized User. Unless otherwise specified in writing by the Authorized User, a vehicle will not be provided by Authorized User to the Contractor for travel. Therefore, the Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the Contractor has access to an appropriate vehicle (e.g., personal vehicle or rental vehicle) or common carrier with which to carry out any necessary travel. For the Contractor to obtain reimbursement for the use of a rental vehicle, such use must be justified as the most cost- effective mode of transportation under the circumstances (including consideration of the most effective use of time). The Contractor is responsible for keeping adequate records to substantiate any claims for travel reimbursement. All services provided under the resultant Authorized User Agreement must be performed within CONUS. There are no BONDS for this Contract. However, an Authorized User may require in an RFQ a performance, payment or Bid bond, or negotiable irrevocable letter of credit or other form of security for the faithful performance for the resultant Authorized User Agreement. Pursuant to New York State Executive Law Article 15-A and Parts 140-145 of Title 5 of the New York Codes, Rules and Regulations (“NYCRR”), the New York State Office of General Services (“OGS”) is required to promote opportunities for the maximum feasible participation of New York State-certified Minority- and Women-owned Business Enterprises (“MWBEs”) and the employment of minority group members and women in the performance of OGS contracts.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMITTALS Contractor shall obtain a license for the State to utilize Submittal Exchange for the purposes of this project. The State and its representatives will have full control of the use of Submittal Exchange by authorized users of the State.
