ESKAMED, s.r o. is business company or organisation, which has the ability and interest to present study on the UPJŠ MF to foreign applicants, to inform foreign applicants about conditions of admission on study at the UPJŠ MF, to provide them necessary information about admission proceedings and about study at the UPJŠ MF, to provide maintenance and supply of entrance examination at the UPJŠ MF, if it is necessary, for those applicants, who want to study under authority of ESKAMED, s.r.o. activity according to this contract (Hereinafter referred as „acquired applicants“), as well as conduct any activities to get foreign students, who are interested in to study at the UPJŠ MF. ESKAMED, s.r o. can recruit the students for study of General and Dental Medicine at the UPJŠ MF from abroad except Israel, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Ireland, India, Sweden and Norway. Článok IIa. / Article IIa.
ESKAMED, s.r o. shall promote and recruit applicants for study at the UPJŠ MF in study program.
ESKAMED, s.r o. shall in his activity promote and fence goodwill of the UPJŠ MF.
ESKAMED, s.r o. shall inform foreign applicants about all facts, which he knows or shall know with serious care about entrance examination at the UPJŠ MF, organization of study at the UPJŠ MF, payment and fees and duties of the students.
ESKAMED, s.r o. shall inform applicants about their duty to submit, in period on submit application form on study at the UPJŠ MF, following documents with official translation into Slovak or English language: - Signed application form - Certified copy of school leaving certificate of completed secondary education (official translation into Slovak language only) - Certificate of health competence to study - Brief curriculum vitae - Birth certificate (if possible) - Photocopy of valid passport - 3 photos (3,5 x 4,5 cm) - entrance exam fee proof
ESKAMED, s.r o. shall inform the admitted students about their duty to prove on the day of enrolling into the respective class the payment of first instalment of payment.

  • Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business Enterprise Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business Enterprise (“IVOSB”) participation plan, as detailed in the IVOSB Subcontractor Commitment Form, commonly referred to as “Attachment A-1” in the procurement documentation and incorporated by reference herein. Therefore, any changes to this information during the Contract term must be approved by IDOA’s IVOSB Division (“IVOSB Division”) and may require an amendment. It is the State’s expectation that the Contractor will meet the subcontractor commitments during the Contract term. The Contractor shall report payments made to certified IVOSB subcontractors under this Contract on a monthly basis using Pay Audit. The Contractor shall notify subcontractors that they must confirm payments received from the Contractor in Pay Audit. The Pay Audit system can be accessed on the IDOA webpage at: xxx.xx.xxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxxxxxxx.xxx. The Contractor may also be required to report IVOSB certified subcontractor payments directly to the IVOSB Division, as reasonably requested and in the format required by the IVOSB Division. The Contractor’s failure to comply with the provisions in this clause may be considered a material breach of the Contract.

  • Professional Development; Adverse Consequences of School Exclusion; Student Behavior The Board President or Superintendent, or their designees, will make reasonable efforts to provide ongoing professional development to Board members about the adverse consequences of school exclusion and justice-system involvement, effective classroom management strategies, culturally responsive discipline, appropriate and available supportive services for the promotion of student attendance and engagement, and developmentally appropriate disciplinary methods that promote positive and healthy school climates, i.e., Senate Bill 100 training topics. Board Self-Evaluation The Board will conduct periodic self-evaluations with the goal of continuous improvement.
