ESP Categories of Position. ESP’s shall be assigned to the following categories of ESP positions: clerical aides, administrative assistants, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, crossing guards, custodians, health aides, nurses, maintenance, mechanics, paraprofessionals, bus monitors, and technology coordinators. In the event the Board transfers the employment of an ESP from one category of position to another category of position, the seniority of such person within the former category of position shall transfer if the Employee’s most recent evaluation was rated a satisfactory or higher in the prior category of position.
