Evaluation/Advanced Professional Committee. The committee will have all components for the evaluation process determined by the end of 1st quarter, October 28, 2021. By the end of 2nd quarter, January 20, 2022 the committee will have a plan on how to provide the training to staff. The Professional Development will occur by the end of the 3rd quarter, March 24, 2022. Teachers will have the opportunity to provide artifacts in deficient areas throughout the evaluation process. Evaluations are due to the state by June 1, 2022. The committee will consist of all 4 building principals , 1 or 2 board members, at least 4 CEA members, and any other interested certificated staff.
