EVALUATION OF CHAIRS. All Department Chairs will be evaluated yearly by the appropriate Xxxx and will meet with the appropriate Xxxx to discuss the evaluation. Input will be requested from all faculty members in each department and used in the evaluation process. Department Chairs will also complete a yearly self-evaluation, which may include input from their department faculty.

  • EVALUATION OF TEACHERS 1. All reports on the work of a teacher shall be in writing.
