Exam Procedure. Any employee has the right to examine the results of his own written examination and the Assessment Center. These documents are confidential and they cannot be removed from the files except as set forth hereafter: The contents of promotional documents will be made known only to the Sheriff and his designee and the employee himself or his designee. The total final score of each participant will be ranked and the list made available to each contestant.

In such instance, the conflicted indemnified parties shall have a right to retain one separate counsel, chosen by the Holders representing a majority of the Registrable Securities included in the registration if such Holders are indemnified parties, at the expense of the indemnifying party.
