Excess Storage Fees. Customer agrees to pay (i) $[**] per-barrel for Product throughput in a given calendar year in excess of the total Stipulated Volumes, and (ii) the applicable Storage Rate for storage of Product in a given calendar year in excess of the Stipulated Volumes at any Terminal Facility (the “Excess Storage Fees”). Excess Storage Fees for any period of less than a full calendar year shall be apportioned based on the number of days in such year.
Excess Storage Fees. If, at any time whilst using the G-Cloud Services, the Customer exceeds the amount of disk storage space specified in the Controlling Specification, the Supplier shall charge the Customer, and the Customer shall pay the Supplier’s then current excess data storage fees.
