EXCHANGE OF TALONS On and after the Interest Payment Date on which the final Coupon comprised in any Coupon sheet matures, the Talon (if any) forming part of such Coupon sheet may be surrendered at the specified office of the Agent or any other Paying Agent in exchange for a further Coupon sheet including (if such further Coupon sheet does not include Coupons to (and including) the final date for the payment of interest due in respect of the Note to which it appertains) a further Talon, subject to the provisions of Condition 8.
Exchange of Shifts Employees may exchange shifts with the approval of the Employer, provided that, whenever possible, sufficient advance notice in writing is given and provided that there is no increase in cost to the Employer.
Purpose of Leave Unpaid leave may be granted for any of the following reasons:
Exchange Leave An employee holding a regular or continuous appointment may exchange her/his position and responsibilities with a qualified person from another institution for a fixed period of time with the agreement of the employee's Department and the employer. The employee will continue to receive regular salary and benefits for the duration of the exchange. The exchanging individual will be paid by her/his institutional employer. Where there are large inequities in cost of living between the location of the exchanging individual, the employer and the employee may discuss whether further assistance is required to facilitate the exchange.
Taking of Leave (a) Annual leave shall be given and shall be taken within a period of six months after the date when the right to annual leave accrued; provided that the giving and taking of such leave may be postponed by mutual agreement between the parties for a further period not exceeding six months.
