Exercises and Training Sample Clauses
The "Exercises and Training" clause establishes the requirements and expectations for providing training sessions or practical exercises related to the subject matter of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for organizing and delivering the training, the scope and format of the sessions, and any associated costs or scheduling obligations. By clearly defining these aspects, the clause ensures that all parties are adequately prepared and informed, reducing misunderstandings and supporting effective implementation of the agreement's objectives.
