Exhaustion of Sick Leave. After all leave, including sick leave, vacation and personal leave is exhausted, the Faculty Member shall be eligible for a Leave of Absence Without Salary, pursuant to Section 18.2., and/or a Leave With Pay from the Emergency Sick Leave Bank, pursuant to Section 18.12., provided, however, that the total Leave of Absence Without Salary and Leave With Pay from the Emergency Sick Leave Bank shall not exceed twenty-seven months. Nothing herein shall be construed as restricting the rights of the Board under Article 15, above.
