Exhibitor Cancellation. No Show space may be cancelled or withdrawn once the Contract Agreement is signed, except pursuant to other provisions of the Contract. If Exhibitor proves just cause to qualify for cancellation and Xxx Xxxxxx deems just grounds for request of cancellation then it must be in writ- ing no later than 30 days before the scheduled Show and shall become effective when received by Xxx Xxxxxx; the deposit being withheld unconditionally. Both the Exhibitor and Xxx Xxxxxx acknowledge that Xxx Xxxxxx will sustain losses if the Exhibitor cancels Contract Agreement after said time frame. Therefore, all pay- ments made or due to Xxx Xxxxxx shall be fully earned and deemed non-refund- able, in consideration for expenses incurred by Xxx Xxxxxx and its lost or deferred opportunity to provide exhibit space to others.

Exhibitor Cancellation. A. All exhibitor participation cancellations must be received by Organizer in writing (return receipt requested) and acknowledged by Organizer. B. If written notice of participation cancellation is received by Organizer before June 11, 2021, the Exhibitor shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total exhibition fee. If written notice of participation cancellation is received by Organizer after June 11, 2021, the Exhibitor shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total exhibition fee. Exhibitors contracting on or after June 11, 2021, are responsible for the full (100%) exhibition fee, even in the event of cancellation any time thereafter. Any deposits made by the Exhibitor may be used to fully or partially reduce the cancellation fees described above. C. Regardless of the timing of any exhibit space cancellations or downsizing, Exhibitors that are AVIXA members will not receive any refund of their membership dues.
Exhibitor Cancellation. An Exhibitor who elects to cancel their Licensed Space for any reason, on or before 90 days of the first day of the Event will receive a full (100%) refund of the amount charged; within 90 days of the first day of the Event will receive half (50%) refund; within 45 days of the first day of the Event, the Exhibitor will not be applicable to receive any refund.
Exhibitor Cancellation. Cancellation of any portion of this Application/Contract by the Exhibitor will be accepted only at the discretion of Exhibit Management and then only based upon the following refunds: Prior to or on September 15, 2017: 80% refund of deposit on cancelled space; after September 15, 2017, but before or on January 15, 2018: 20% refund of deposit on cancelled space; after January 15, 2018: no refund. Except as the Exhibitor’s rental obligation may be reduced as set forth in the preceding sentence, the Exhibitor is responsible for total booth rental irrespective of the reason for the cancellation by the Exhibitor including the failure of an Exhibit to arrive for any reason.
Exhibitor Cancellation. Booth and sponsorship purchases are 100% non-refundable. Booth selection is on a first- come, first-served basis and guaranteed only when payment is received. Towing charges at exhibitors expense. Up to 50% reduction in static space allowed until June 11th without penalty. No reductions/refunds will be accepted after June 11th.
Exhibitor Cancellation. If Exhibitor cancels exhibit table registration prior to the start of Ladies Night Out 2017, the following refund policy applies: If cancellation occurs by September 15, 2017 the Organizer will refund the Exhibitor’s table rental payment, less a service charge of $50. If cancellation occurs by October 18, 2017 the Organizer will retain an amount equal to 50% of the full table price and refund the remainder of Exhibitor’s rental payment. If cancellation occurs on or after October 19, 2017 the Organizer will retain 100% of the Exhibitor’s table rental payment. In case the Exhibitor has paid additional fees for optional table services (e.g. phone, special furniture, etc), it is solely the Exhibitor’s responsibility to notify the applicable service provider(s) of the cancellation and to arrange refunds if allowed.

  • Contract Cancellation By written notice and without a cure period, Buyer may cancel the whole Contract, or any part of this Contract, in the event of the suspension of Seller’s business, insolvency of Seller, institution of bankruptcy, liquidation proceedings by or against Seller, appointment of a trustee or receiver for Seller’s property or business, any assignment, reorganization, or arrangement by Seller for the benefit of creditors, or the debarment or suspension of Seller by any Government agency. Xxxxx’s remedies in the event of a cancellation of the Contract pursuant to this ¶ 18 shall be the same as set forth in ¶ 19, TERMINATION FOR DEFAULT.

  • Shift Cancellation If any nurse is cancelled with less than twenty four (24) hours notice of the commencement of their assigned duties she shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours pay at the applicable rate of pay. Notice will be left on the employee’s work voice mail.

  • ORDER CANCELLATION Users of this contract are advised that orders (all or part) cancelled or returned after acceptance of requested merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee of ten percent (10%) of the invoice amount (not to exceed $500.00 per order) plus return freight charges. The amount authorized for payment of return freight will, in no instance, be more than original delivery charges documented by carrier. These charges may be applied, at the option of the supplier, to those orders which have been accepted. Orders cancelled prior to shipment or acceptance by ordering entity from the manufacturer will not be assessed charges.

  • Course Cancellation ‌ When a course is cancelled within six (6) weeks before the first scheduled class for the fall and spring terms and two (2) weeks for summer semester courses, the sessional lecturer or music performance instructor shall be paid $1,000 (to be pro-rated for music performance instructors). When a course is cancelled after the first scheduled class, and no replacement course work is offered, then the sessional lecturer or music performance instructor shall be paid $2,000 (to be pro-rated for music performance instructors) in addition to payment for work already performed.

  • No Cancellation No Required Insurance policy may be canceled by either Party during the required insured period under this Agreement, except after thirty days’ prior written notice to the City by certified mail, return receipt requested. Prior to the effective date of any such cancellation Consultant must procure and put into effect equivalent coverage(s).

  • TERMINATION/CANCELLATION Cancellation of orders once placed with or accepted by Seller can be made only with Seller’s consent. Should Buyer, due to good cause, desire to affect the cancellation of an accepted order, Seller will accept such cancellation on the following basis:
