Traffic Regulations. All vehicular traffic on the streets and roads in the Property shall be subject to the applicable provisions of the laws of the State of Alabama and any city or county having jurisdiction thereof concerning operation of motor vehicles on public streets. The Association is hereby authorized to promulgate, administer, and enforce reasonable rules and regulations governing vehicular and pedestrian traffic, including adopting reasonable safety measures and speed limits for any of the roads within any portion of the Property to the extent not inconsistent with the laws of the local government.
