Extended Orientation Training Programs. 8.1.1 To the extent the Employer provides in house Extended Orientation Training Programs in certain specialty areas participation is open, subject to enrollment limitations, to all current Regular Nurses of the Employer who have successfully completed their trial period and to other external Registered Nurse applicants deemed qualified by the Employer. Successful applicants will be eligible to fill available positions within the specialty area upon successful completion of the program.
