Extent of Cover. That insurance is to be for an amount equal to the full re-instatement value of the fixed equipment being covered including all professional fees, demolition and site clearance costs, the cost of any work which might be required by or by virtue of any legislation and any VAT that is irrecoverable on such items.
Extent of Cover. This Extension Cover enables the supply of a replacement vehicle of an equivalent category to the vehicle insured under the Mobility Guarantee Cover and which is the subject of a valid Claim under the Mobility Guarantee Cover. This Extension Cover will provide a replacement vehicle to the Policyholder in the event of the recurrence of a fault on the vehicle insured under the Mobility Guarantee Cover that previously was subject to a valid Claim under the Mobility Guarantee Cover. In respect of vehicle lease contracts to which the Policyholder is a party to and which do not supply a replacement vehicle to the Policyholder in the event of breakdown of a vehicle, this Extension Cover is provided upon notification and acceptance by the Insurer of a valid Claim under the Mobility Guarantee Cover. The obligation under this Extension Cover to provide a replacement vehicle in the event of a valid Claim under the Mobility Guarantee Cover terminates:
(a) upon completion of the repair to the vehicle insured under the Mobility Guarantee Cover; or
(b) on request by the Insurer to write off the vehicle insured under the Mobility Guarantee Cover, where the Insurer determines that the repair to the vehicle is Financially Unviable.

Extent of Cover. (a) The Company and the Trustee shall ensure that the insurances required to be effected under clauses 13.3(a)(i) and (iii) and 13.4(a) and (b) extend so as to provide for loss, destruction, damage, injury, disease or death which results from or is attributable to the construction of the Link.
(b) The nature and extent of the insurances in relation to the Project shall at all times be such as the State reasonably requires. If the State at any time reasonably requires the Company or the Trustee to:
(i) insure against a risk not specifically provided for or contemplated under clause 13.3 or clause 13.4; or
(ii) increase the extent of or change the terms of the cover in relation to a risk, it may notify the Company or the Trustee requesting either of them to give effect to its requirements as set out in the notice.
(c) The Company and the Trustee need not effect or maintain any particular insurance required to be effected and maintained under clause 13.3, clause
Extent of Cover. 1. ACE European Group Ltd. provides cover to the insured person against theft and loss of or damage to his item of property, provided it has in advance been paid for with the Card and the amount in question will be or has been charged to the insured person’s Card account.
2. Purchases made with the Card are insured to a maximum of EUR 2,000 per purchase. For computers and tablets the insured amount is limited to EUR 750 per purchase per year. For telecommunication equip- ment, including mobile phones and smartphones, the insured amount is limited to EUR 250 per purchase per year. Per Card ACE European Group Ltd. will never pay out more than EUR 7,500 per calendar year. The total amount paid out per Card during the total term of a Card shall never exceed EUR 25,000.
3. When valuable items of property and accessory equipment are left behind in a vehicle or vessel, the maximum insured amount is 50% of the amount paid with the Card, or, if applicable, of the amount listed in article 2. This limitation does not apply to a camper van or caravan that has been parked at a camping site and was used as accommodation at the time of the event. The exclusions listed in article 7 remain applicable in full.
Extent of Cover. 2.1 Within the context of this policy the term interests shall be understood to mean interests in which the policy- holder trades, unless otherwise noted.
2.2 The sum insured stated in the policy shall also apply as agreed value between the assured and the insurers.
2.3 Any profit or increase in value, regardless whether this has been included in the estimate under the policy or not, shall in the event of loss of or damage to the inter- ests be indemnified without evidence of such profit or increase in value being allowed to be demanded. Also understood to be meant by profit or increase in value are costs and expenses of, for example, cargo, excise duties and claims.
2.4 Except as provided in article 3, the sum insured shall apply as the limit of indemnity the insurers may be held liable to pay as a result of one single occurrence.

Accidents that occur anywhere in the world are covered when they are the result of: Professional Risk, Extra-Professional Risk, or Professional Risk and Extra-Professional Risk as expressed in the Specific Conditions; Professional risk is that inherent in any occupation that is of a professional nature; Extra-Professional risk is that not related to any professional occupation; Professional and Extra-Professional risk is that inherent in all or any occupation performed throughout the 24 hours of the day;

(a) for loss and damage to the Works, Materials, and the Contractor’s Equipment;
(b) for liability of both Parties for loss, damage, death or injury to third parties or their property arising out of the Contractor’s performance of the Agreement, including the Contractor’s liability for damage to the Employer’s property other than the Works; and
(c) for liability of both Parties and of any Employer’s representative for death or injury to the Contractor’s personnel except to the extent that liability arises from the negligence of the Employer, any Employer’s representative or employees.
