Exterior Coatings. The contractor acknowledges the requirement to comply fully with the Gowrie Farm Architectural and Building Code with regard to exterior coatings and colours. A sample of the colours must be provided to the HOA before commencing with painting of exterior walls.

Exterior Coatings. 21.1 The Contractor will adhere to the colour palette issued in terms of the Building Guidelines and Standards. 21.2 In addition, the Contractor will adhere to the building specific colours as approved by ARC as part of the building plans. 21.3 Should the Contractor fail to comply with this stipulation, the Contractor and/or Registered Owner will be liable to apply an entire re-coating of the non-compliant building finishes at his expense.

Exterior Coatings. ■ Wash using mild detergent (if necessary) and a soft cloth or ordinary long-handled soft bristle brush. Do not clean the exterior coating with a high-pressure washer. The extreme spray pressure could damage the surface or crack or destroy the caulking around the window or door. ■ Mild window cleaners that are safe to clean the exterior coating on windows and doors include Windex,® Formula 409® and Fantastik.® ■ For routine cleaning carefully vacuum your window screens. ■ To thoroughly clean window screens, remove the screens from the window frame. Place the screens on a flat surface (such as the (driveway) and use mild soap and water with a soft bristle brush to remove dirt and grime. Clean both sides of the screen and around the interior and exterior of the frame. Along with being virtually maintenance free, your windows and doors have been designed and manufactured to be thermally efficient, aesthetically pleasing and easy to operate. All operable sash on Double Hung and Single Hung windows tilt in, Slider sash lift out, Casements open by turning the handle and patio doors feature corrosion-resistant rollers. ■ Unlock the sash and raise (or lower) it approximately 4” above (or below) the frame. ■ Slide the tilt latches toward the cam lock and gently tilt the sash in. Always support tilted sash while cleaning. ■ When finished cleaning, tilt the sash up and snap the tilt latches into place. For safety, make sure the tilt latches are securely engaged. ■ If it becomes necessary to remove and reinsert the sash, tilt the sash inward to a 90-degree angle and lift the bottom of the sash up and out of the frame.   • Exterior and interior functional areas and spaces of the Project, with technical and equipment requirements on each;

  • Walls 12 Developer shall provide rustication patterns on all walls, except drainage headwalls, in Aesthetic 13 Area 3 in accordance with Exhibit L2.24 of the LAADCR. The final designs shall resemble these 14 simulations.

  • Interior The insurance covers personal property normally contained in the vehicle and belonging to the owner of the vehicle or a member of his or her household. The insurance covers loss of, and damage to, the property if the damage occurs in connection with: - a compensable fire, theft, or vehicle damage - a sudden and unforeseen external event - theft by the renter - damage in connection with a traffic accident. The insurance does not apply to: - theft-prone property - cash and valuables - property belonging to the renter. - Personal movables must be kept locked in the vehicle. If the requirements are not met, the compensation may be reduced, or the deductible increased. See section

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Exterior Signage Subject to the other party’s prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Landlord, at its sole cost and expense, may install (i) identification signage on the existing monument sign located on the exterior of the Building, and (ii) standard exterior signage on the Building entrance and Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may install (a) in location(s) on the exterior of the Building consistent with the signage installed by existing tenants (subject to Landlord’s prior written approval), and (b) internal directional and lobby identification signage (collectively, “Tenant Signage”); provided, however, in no event shall Tenant’s Signage include an “Objectionable Name,” as that term is defined in Section 23.3, of this Lease. All such signage shall be subject to Tenant’s obtaining all required governmental approvals. All permitted signs shall be maintained by Tenant at its expense in a first-class and safe condition and appearance. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall remove all of its signs at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. The graphics, materials, color, design, lettering, lighting, size, illumination, specifications and exact location of Tenant’s Signage (collectively, the “Sign Specifications”) shall be subject to the prior written approval of Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and shall be consistent and compatible with the quality and nature of the Project. Tenant hereby acknowledges that, notwithstanding Landlord’s approval of Tenant’s Signage, Landlord has made no representation or warranty to Tenant with respect to the probability of obtaining all necessary governmental approvals and permits for Tenant’s Signage. In the event Tenant does not receive the necessary governmental approvals and permits for Tenant’s Signage, Tenant’s and Landlord’s rights and obligations under the remaining terms and conditions of this Lease shall be unaffected. Except as required by applicable law, Landlord shall not install any other signage on the Building. If Landlord elects to install a multi-tenant identification sign at the entrance to the Project, Tenant shall be entitled to install its name on such sign (subject to availability on a pro-rata basis based on the relative square footages leased by the tenants of the Project), at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Landlord shall remove or cause to be removed all existing tenant signage from the Building and surrounding area on or before the Lease Commencement Date.

  • Structural 3.4.1. Layout structural systems with dimensions and floor elevations.   • Signs; Exterior Appearance Tenant shall not, without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion: (i) attach any awnings, exterior lights, decorations, balloons, flags, pennants, banners, painting or other projection to any outside wall of the Project, (ii) use any curtains, blinds, shades or screens other than Landlord’s standard window coverings, (iii) coat or otherwise sunscreen the interior or exterior of any windows, (iv) place any bottles, parcels, or other articles on the window xxxxx, (v) place any equipment, furniture or other items of personal property on any exterior balcony, or (vi) paint, affix or exhibit on any part of the Premises or the Project any signs, notices, window or door lettering, placards, decorations, or advertising media of any type which can be viewed from the exterior of the Premises. Interior signs on doors and the directory tablet shall be inscribed, painted or affixed for Tenant by Landlord at the sole cost and expense of Tenant, and shall be of a size, color and type acceptable to Landlord. Nothing may be placed on the exterior of corridor walls or corridor doors other than Landlord’s standard lettering. The directory tablet shall be provided exclusively for the display of the name and location of tenants.

  • Moonlighting Employment as a physician in a professional capacity outside of what is outlined in this Agreement, whether temporary special medical activity (“TSMA”) or external moonlighting, must be approved in writing, in advance, by the Departmental Chair, Program Director and Director of Graduate Medical Education (or designee). Even if approved, professional and general liability insurance as outlined in Section 5.4 is not provided to Trainee engaged in external moonlighting. Trainee acknowledges he or she has the responsibility to obtain insurance for such engagement. TSMA and external moonlighting must be included and reported as part of Trainee's hours spent on clinical experience and education. Trainee shall not be required to engage in any outside work.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.
