Joint Communication. The parties will issue a jointly drafted statement to unrepresented employees at all organizing branches describing the neutrality agreement and outlining the recognition process. Addus will distribute the statement with employee paychecks. Addus will provide time, not less than twenty (20) minutes, during an existing in-service training or call a special meeting for employees for the purpose of allowing union representatives to describe the organizing process.
Joint Communication. 10.0.1 The Parties are committed to the joint communication of the substantive changes of the new Collective Agreement and to joint creation of interpretation documents.
Joint Communication. The MCSC shall decide on the channel via which joint external communications (i.e. communications made by or in the name of all the Parties) are made to the public and to the market participants. Each joint external communication shall bear the logo of each Party or a common SIDC logo, if available. Joint external communications shall only take place after approval by the MCSC of the content of the external communication. The MCSC shall also agree, for any joint external communication, on the date and hour at which the joint external communication is effective. The following events shall be submitted to the MCSC for decision on whether such event requires a joint external communication :
Joint Communication. 5. (a) The Grantee will provide its full cooperation with the Steering Committee’s reasonable request for assistance with communication campaigns concerning the Fund.
Joint Communication. The Parties will issue joint communication and commit to providing ongoing and up-to-date education to staff and families around the onsite opportunities available during Phase One and the health and safety protocols in place, including the availability of personal protective equipment (PPE), COVID- 19 testing, and vaccinations.
Joint Communication. XXXX and CLIENT shall communicate and cooperate on a regular basis during the provision of Services herein. Representatives of the Parties shall meet at such times and in such places as the Parties shall deem appropriate to discuss the Services.
Joint Communication. 1. Each Participating UN Organization will take appropriate measures to publicize the Fund and to give due credit to the other Participating UN Organizations. Information given to the press, to the beneficiaries of the Fund, all related publicity material, official notices, reports and publications, will acknowledge the role of the host Government, the donors, the Participating UN Organizations, the Administrative Agent and any other relevant entities. In particular, the Administrative Agent will include and ensure due recognition of the role of each Participating UN Organization and national partner in all external communications relating to the Fund.
Joint Communication. 40. The Government Coordinating Entity will take appropriate measures to publicize the Yasuni Fund and to give due credit to the other stakeholders. Information given to the press, to the beneficiaries of the Yasuni Fund, all related publicity material, official notices, reports and publications, will acknowledge the leading role of the Government, the Contributors, the Government Coordinating Entity, the Administrative Agent and any other relevant entities. In particular, the Administrative Agent will include and ensure due recognition of the role of the Government, the Government Coordinating Entity and national partners in all external communications relating to the Yasuni Fund.
Joint Communication. 5. (a) The Grantee will provide its full cooperation with the ExCom reasonable request for assistance with communication campaigns concerning the Fund.
Joint Communication. 4.1 The CEOs of Philips and Masimo will coordinate and participate in mutually agreed joint communication for patient safety and better outcomes.
