Extra-Curricular Review Committee. The extra-curricular review committee will meet prior to formal negotiations to review any changes and/or addition to the schedule. During the 2020-2021 school year, the extra- curricular review committee will meet to review and adjust all indexes in the schedule to address issues of inequity within the schedule including but not limited to positions serving the high school and middle school. The committee’s findings and recommendations will be forwarded to HEA negotiations committee and Board of Trustees for consideration in accordance with this section.ii Committee members shall include:
Extra-Curricular Review Committee. The District will create an extra-curricular review committee. The committee will consist of BEA representatives and administrators chosen jointly by the BEA President and the Superintendent. The role of the committee will be to recommend new clubs or organizations to the Board for placement on the non-athletic extra-curricular salary schedule. The committee will also review existing clubs and organizations for recommendations as to continued placement on the non-athletic extra-curricular salary schedule. The committee shall make recommendations to the Board as to adjustments to the non-athletic extra-curricular salary schedule based on the criteria established jointly between the BEA and the Administration. The committee will meet annually in May.

  • Review Committee A Student may ask that the decision of the Housing Director or designee to deny the cancellation be reviewed. The review will be conducted by a committee consisting of University officials.

  • Study Committee The parties shall utilize the Benefits Advisory Committee, with equal membership by the State and the VSEA, for the purpose of reviewing all issues related to health care and prescription drugs, and recommending changes to the bargaining committees. The parties shall also establish a special study committee to evaluate the current health plans, and make recommendations to the bargaining committees of the State and employees for sustainable savings in the health care plans.

  • Joint Labor/Management Committees Purpose and Membership. Joint Labor/Management Committees are established to provide a forum for communications and problem-solving between the two parties and to deal with matters of a general personnel Union/Employer concern, as well as professional practices within the hospital related to patient care and professional issues. The Committees will work toward the improvement of patient care and recommend ways and means to improve patient care; and will address problems and concerns related to staffing and workloads. The Committees’ function will be limited to an advisory capacity and shall not include any decision making or collective bargaining authority. Committee memberships:
