No additional time beyond this shall be authorized. Extra-duties cover all responsibilities for each assignment. If the following individuals are contracted to handle assignments not listed above, they will receive two and one-half percent (2 ½%) of salary for each week worked. These include:, Co-Op coordinator and wood shop instructor. Extra-duty pay for any individual (whether they are in the bargaining unit or not) may not deviate from the above percentages. It is understood and agreed between the parties that a contract stipulating extra compensation for a teacher performing extra duties shall not be deemed to grant continuing tenure in such capacity. For a teacher who has attained continuing tenure, failure of the Board to reemploy such teacher in a capacity other than as a classroom teacher shall not be deemed a demotion within the provisions of Act 4, Michigan Public Acts of 1937, as amended.
