Common use of Extra Hours Clause in Contracts

Extra Hours. The amount of vacation pay entitlements given a regular or regular part-time employee based on their extra hours worked above their appointed hours stipulated in Section 2 above shall be as follows: 1. Employees who have not completed one (1) year of service will receive 4% if terminated prior to one (1) year of service. 2. After one (1) year continuous service - 6% 3. After five (5) years continuous service - 8% 4. After eleven (11) years continuous service - 10% 5. After twenty (20) years continuous service - 12%
