Extra Trios. 1. Extra trip hours shall be divided as equally as possible among employees. An up-to-date list showing extra trip hours will be posted weekly in a prominent place on the bulletin board.

Extra Trios. (a) All extra trips and anticipated pre-scheduled shuttle runs shall be posted for bargaining unit members to bid on. The approximate trip time will be listed on the trip posting. Assignments will be made by trip hours (i.e. least charged hours fOT that semester), then by classification seniority. No driver shall receive extra trips before driving sixty (60) work days unless no other driver is available. Trip hours will be totaled and charged by semester with hours starting over at the beginning of each semester.

  • Contact Tracing While the employees are on the job site, Producers may require that employees participate in systems that enable contact tracing, such as use of a “punch card” system to record the employee’s location throughout the day or by means of electronic devices (e.g., phone “apps” or wearable electronic devices that track the movement or location of a person or which detect when a person wearing the device comes into close contact with another person wearing the device). Producers may require employees to sign documentation consenting to the use of such electronic devices in contact tracing. In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.

  • CONSEQUENCES OF POSITIVE TEST RESULTS For post-Accident or reasonable suspicion, a Covered Employee shall be immediately removed from performing his or her job or, in the alternative, may be temporarily reassigned to work that is not safety-sensitive if such work is available. The Covered Employee shall be subject to disciplinary action, and shall meet with the SAPC, as set forth in Exhibit A, and section 10 below, if the Covered Employee:
