Extra Trip Cancellation. Any driver reporting for an assigned extra trip that has been canceled, where no attempt has been made to notify the driver, shall be paid an amount equal to 50% of the minimum for such trip or 50% for the normally scheduled time of that trip, whichever is greater, except if the canceled trip makes the driver available to do his/her regular run, he/she shall be required to do that run.

Extra Trip Cancellation. In the event a driver reports for a trip and that trip is canceled, that driver shall be paid show-up time as follows:
Extra Trip Cancellation. Bus drivers shall be paid two (2) hours of show up time if an extra trip is cancelled and the drivers are not notified at least one (1) hour before scheduled departure time from the garage. If the extra trip cancellation results in a driver losing hours from his/her regular schedule, he/she will be reimbursed at his/her regular rate of pay for the hours lost.
Extra Trip Cancellation. In the event that a scheduled extra trip is canceled after the driver has arrived at school and prepared his/her vehicle for the trip, the driver shall be paid one (1) hour at the extra trip rate.
Extra Trip Cancellation. If a trip is canceled with prior notice, the driver who has accepted the trip shall be eligible for the first trip succeeding the canceled trip for which drivers are not yet assigned. If a trip is canceled without notice after school hours or weekends only, the driver shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours and will not be charged for that trip on the rotation (i.e., he/she will be eligible for the first trip succeeding the canceled trip for which drivers are not yet assigned) provided s/he performs one (1) hour of work as assigned by the Business Manager or designee. If no work is assigned, the driver may go home. If the driver elects not to perform the one (1) hour of work, he/she will receive the two (2) hours of pay but will be charged for the trip on the rotation list.
