FACILITATION, ETC. The Customer shall refrain from performing operational tasks that shall, pursuant to the Agreement, be performed by the authorised personnel of the Contractor. The Customer shall facilitate the Contractor’s performance of its duties, by for example granting the Contractor the necessary access, physically and/or electronically. More detailed requirements in respect of the Customer's participation may be specified in Appendix 2.

FACILITATION, ETC. 1. The management shall be responsible for the facilitation of competence development in the company. In the individual company, the management shall, in cooperation with the shop stewards, prepare guidelines for facilita- tion, etc. of the competence development. The guidelines shall, as a minimum, comprise the following: a) Facilitation of competence-improving measures and training of skills. b) Time off for preparation for examinations and time off in connection with any other assessment forms than examinations. c) Special consideration for employees with special needs, including employees with childcare responsibility for children below 12 years of age. d) Cover of expenses for studies. e) Routines for processing of applications for cover of expenses under letter d). 2. If the management and the shop stewards so agree, questions relating to the cover of expenses in accordance with Sub-Clause 1, letter d), may be discussed by the Consultation Committee, if the company has set up such a committee. 3. Exam days in connection with competence-improving measures shall be days off.

Mandated competence-enhancing measures must take place during working hours, see nevertheless Clause 11 Sub-Clause 7. The specific use of time must be clarified with the manager. (2) In the individual company, management shall, in cooperation with the Union Representatives, prepare guidelines for facilitation etc. of the competence development. The guidelines shall, as a minimum, comprise the following: a. Facilitation of competence-enhancing measures and practising of skills. b. Time off for preparation for and in connection with examinations and any other forms of assessment. Sufficient time off must be given to take examinations and any other forms of assessment. c. Special consideration for employees with special needs, including needs in different life phases. d. Cover of expenses for competence-enhancing measures. e. Procedures for processing of applications for cover of expenses in accordance with letter d). (3) If management and the Union Representatives so agree, questions relating to the cover of expenses in accordance with Sub-Clause 2, letter d), may be discussed by the Consultation Committee, if the company has set up such a committee. (4) Study expenses for competence-enhancing measures in accordance with this Chapter shall be covered by the employer, unless otherwise agreed between the employer and employee in connection with approval/ acceptance of the measure.

  • Trade Facilitation The Parties, in accordance with the provisions set out in Annex IV, with the aim to facilitate trade between the EFTA States and Serbia, shall: (a) simplify, to the greatest extent possible, procedures for trade in goods and related services; (b) promote co-operation among them in order to enhance their participation in the development and implementation of international conventions and recommendations on trade facilitation; and (c) co-operate on trade facilitation within the framework of the Joint Committee.

  • Coordination The Parties shall confer regularly to coordinate the planning, scheduling and performance of preventive and corrective maintenance on the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.
